“The Cheeky DNA”, created by Subhalaxmi Parida, aspires to be your one-stop shopping destination for all things functional, aesthetic and fun from the world of interiors, travel, design , fashion and lifestyle.

After mastering the subject of Zoology, Subhalaxmi decided to step away from her nerdy side and tap her funny side by starting her Youtube channel “The Cheeky DNA” where she created sketch comedy content. After amassing over 300,000+ subscribers, and sensing the growing interest in her personal life, she decided to give the internet a sneak peek into her life on her vlog channel “Cheeky Vlogs”. As she was conquering the digital world, she got married to her college sweetheart Vignesh, and moved into their first space in 2020. Setting up the space made her fall in love with the art of interior design, but the thirst for well-designed budget-friendly decor made her realise that something needs to be done about it and that’s how “The Cheeky DNA” was born - an extension of her online brand!

As we progress into the products that we wanted to launch in this page - this year we are starting a clothing line named "Barsa"  a childhood name of Subha which means RAIN. The goal behind Barsa is to create functional clothing!
